Build Quality: | "Lovely buildings but badly cut up"
I had a look at these when they were first released. The building is excellent but they have really cut it up as much as possible so each flat is very narrow with a high ceiling.
There have been some stories around about contamination in the walls but I think this is probably just scaremongering by the competition.
The first phase was great value for money but now prices for the second phase are looking a but toppy and in the current financial crisis this is a risky top end buy.

Have to agree with eleanor. Reminds me of Bow Quarter in London. Great high ceilings but really narrow rooms means they totally lost the feeling of space.
But its a personal thing. Plenty of people want to live in Bow Quarter so no reason why the same won't be true here.
