I spent some time looking around Krakow like everyone else and then saw this development on the Property Secrets website but bought it through Ober Haus agents.
Its the best thing I have ever done! Since 2006 it has tripled in value and looks great.
Krakow prices are well over the top. I had never heard of Katowice and the city is nothing to write home about but all the growth in price seems to be driven by locals which is a brilliant way to go...!

I think Jackles got in at the right time with the first phase but this place has now reached its peak.
Read on a few other forums the place is bursting with Property Secret clients all trying to sell, pull out or rent.
Have to wait a couple of years for the dust to settle.
