I haven't seen it and I don't want to see it. This was advertised by nearly every single 'buy off plan' company trying to suck in foreigners.
So many rentals it's going to take years for this place to settle down.
Seen it in London. Big blocks where there are always a dozen flats for rent and tenants are spoilt while landlords have to pay the mortgage on an empty flat.
